Gender Pay Gap Reporting

Gender pay reporting legislation requires employers with 250 or more employees to publish statutory calculations every year showing how large the pay gap is between their male and female employees.

NEAT currently has more than 250 employees however we are not required to report 2017-18 data by the deadline of 30 March 2018 for public sector employers as we had fewer employees than this threshold on the 'snapshot' date of 31 March 2017.  We do recognise the benefits of calculating and publishing this information on a voluntary basis and will endeavour to do so.

Our first statutory report will be for 2018-19 and will be published by 30 March 2019 based on the 'snapshot' date of 31 March 2018.
