Members

There are five Members which include both individuals and corporate bodies.  As a mixed multi academy trust including schools with and without a religious character, our members include representation from the Church of England.

We publish the declared business and pecuniary interests of our members in the individual profiles below.  We also maintain a register of interests including any close family relationships for all members, directors and senior employees to ensure we are aware of any potential conflicts of interest.

All Members can be contacted via Suzanne Hendey, Central Support Manager and Clerk to the Trust Board/Local Governing Bodies.  Please use the Contact page to get in touch with us, or telephone 0191 228 4090.
