Admissions Policies - Reception-Year 6 and Years 7-13

NEAT is its own admissions authority and decides the admissions arrangements for the schools within the trust.

2020-21
The trust revised its admissions arrangements for September 2020 into a single admissions policy for all of our primary schools and a secondary admissions policy for Benfield School.  We also amended the oversubscription criteria in line with DfE and local authority advice.  We undertook a public consultation before deciding our admissions arrangements and publishing our admissions policies ahead of the statutory deadline of 15 March 2019.  These policies are provided below.
2021-22
The single admissions policy for all of our primary schools and the secondary admissions policy for Benfield are provided below.
2022-23
The single admissions policy for all of our primary schools and the secondary admissions policy for Benfield School are provided below.
There is a right for people to object about the policy to the Schools Adjudicator (OSA). See the Schools Adjudicator website for more information on how to do this. Objections for the admissions arrangements for 2022-2023 must be made by 15 May 2021.
St Hild's Church of England School has its own Admission Policy for 2022-23, which was agreed before the school joined NEAT in April 2021, and is published on St Hild's website.
