Appraisal Policy

Identifying annual objectives for individual colleagues and ensuring access to professional development is an important part of our performance management process to ensure the trust and our schools achieve their aims.
 
This policy sets out the approach we take to ensure that all colleagues have at least two opportunities each year to discuss their work and their development needs with their appraiser.
 
In 2020-21 we are piloting incorporating our values into the appraisal system as we believe how we do things is as important as what we do.
