Do you have an interest in teaching or working with children and young people but aren’t sure? NEAT is offering a school experience session for anyone considering teaching!
Through the Department for Education school experience website you can book a two hour AM session with an introduction to school centred initial training program (SCITT). This can be at a Trust School of their choice, but there is also the option of a Google Meet Q & A session.
The visit to your school of choice would include:
- Tour of the School
– Observation of lessons and different teaching styles
– Interacting with pupils
– Seeing how specific subjects are taught

This offer is not open to trainees that have already accepted a place on a SCITT or PGCE Course at University.
