We are proud to share that two NEAT schools have received national recognition from the Department for Education. Tyneview Primary School and Walkergate Community School were both formally congratulated following their 2024 to 2025 outcomes for disadvantaged pupils.

In both cases, the Department for Education confirmed that the schools’ performance places them among the strongest nationally. This recognition reflects sustained focus, clear leadership, and high expectations for every pupil.

These outcomes are rooted in daily practice. Pupils work hard and take pride in their learning. Staff show commitment and consistency, ensuring pupils who need the most support receive it.

While this recognition highlights Tyneview and Walkergate, it reflects what we do across all NEAT schools. Background should never limit opportunity. Every school in the Trust shares the same ambition: raise standards, support disadvantaged pupils, and improve life chances.

As a Trust, we are proud of both school communities and grateful to staff and pupils for their work. This recognition affirms our shared approach and strengthens our commitment to every child.
