Career Development & CPD
We believe that developing our staff is paramount to the success of our pupils, we offer a broad, evidence-based program of professional development designed to support, and enhance the growth of our staff across various roles. Our programmes cover a wide range of topics aimed at fostering professional growth, skill enhancement, and overall well-being.

Developing Relationships at the heart
Developing strong relationships is at the heart of NEAT Academy Trust. We prioritise meaningful interactions between staff and pupils, creating an environment where everyone feels supported and understood. We have developed a consistent approach through relational practice and have seen real impact evidenced through: stakeholder voice, recruitment and retention data and Ofsted feedback. Central to this practice is a deep familiarity with each individual which supports the trust mantra of: knowing our children well, knowing our families and community well, knowing each other well.
Induction
We offer a termly induction session to all new starters to ensure a successful start and swift integration into our Trust. Our sessions cover an introduction to our vision, values and some essential ways of working for NEAT Academy Trust delivered by our CEO and Head of HR. Following this, we then focus on how, across the Trust, we use relational approaches, delivered by our Educational Psychologists.
