International Women’s Day provides an opportunity to celebrate the achievements of women across our Trust and to reaffirm our commitment to equality of opportunity for every pupil.

Across NEAT schools, girls and young women are developing confidence, ambition, and leadership skills. They are excelling academically, contributing to their communities, leading in sport and student voice, and exploring future career pathways with clarity and purpose.

We also recognise the women who serve across our Trust as teachers, leaders, governors, support staff, and partners. Their commitment shapes culture, raises standards, and creates environments where pupils feel safe, valued, and inspired.

International Women’s Day is not simply about recognition. It is about action.

Through our progressive careers programme, strengthened employer engagement, and focus on meaningful work experience, we are working to ensure girls see clear pathways into every sector. We want pupils to encounter role models, understand professional expectations, and believe that leadership and success are within reach.

Raising aspiration is central to our mission. So is belonging. Every pupil should see themselves reflected in opportunity. Every pupil should feel that their ambition is valid and supported.

At NEAT, we remain committed to creating opportunity, strengthening confidence, and supporting young women to achieve their potential and contribute positively to their communities.
