Introduction to NEAT Careers Fair 2025

We are excited to announce the Benfield School Careers Fair 2025, a key event during our Careers Week from 17th to 21st March 2025. This week celebrates career opportunities across the NEAT Academy Trust and highlights our commitment to the Cradle to Careers project, supporting our Grow Potential strategic objective and rapid improvement priority.

About the NEAT Careers Fair

The Careers Fair on Thursday, 20th March, will provide our students with insights into various career paths and further education opportunities. It’s an excellent platform for employers, colleges, and apprenticeship providers to connect with our vibrant student community.

Who will be attending?

• Benfield School Students: Pupils eager to explore future career and education options.
• NEAT Primary Schools: Year 5 pupils from our NEAT primary schools will join to gain early exposure to career possibilities.
• Staff Engagement: Our educators will engage with exhibitors to understand the skills and qualities employers seek, enriching our curriculum.

How to Get Involved

We invite all key employers, educational institutions, and apprenticeship providers to participate by hosting a stall at the fair.
