Welcome to NEAT Academy Trust.

I am proud to serve as Chief Executive Officer and to lead a Trust rooted in care, ambition, and belief in young people. NEAT is a family of schools working together to support children, families, and the communities we serve. Our purpose is clear. We exist to help every child grow, succeed, and thrive.

My actions are always guided by what is in the best interests of our children. Every decision we make must have a positive impact on their learning, their well-being, and their future opportunities. This focus shapes how we work, lead, and support our schools each day.

Through my leadership in education, I have seen firsthand how dedicated, passionate professionals can change lives. The work that happens in our classrooms, playgrounds, offices, and communities matters deeply. It builds confidence, raises aspirations, and strengthens life chances for children and young people, and it has a lasting impact on families and communities that we serve.

We educate with purpose, ensuring learning is broad, rich, and meaningful. We help pupils achieve by setting high expectations and offering the right support at the right time.
